Big shout out to We've been training for 4 months and she's been killing every 5am work out. It's like she gains more energy the harder it gets it's inspiring. She's slimmed down and now we're working on building muscle and correcting muscle imbalances.
These are reasons i love my job and makes it all worth it every time. Keep kicking ass Dawn⚡️

My body fat percentage is at 3.2%
Which means out of the 217 pounds i weigh 6.9 pounds is fat. That's the lowest I've ever been. (Dm me to find out how i did it) My new goal is to get back up to 230 pounds keeping my body fat under 5%. Let's see how i do the next couple of months.

Beastfast- 5 Boiled eggs, four strips of turkey bacon, 2 bagels (Cinnamon & raisin, wheat) and a salad
Look at getting after this Beach work out!
She had an 11 minuet mile and cut it down to around 8 minuets in a month!!
