The goal is not perfect Skinn but healthy Skinn!
First pic is my clients first visit May 15th and 2nd pic is August 5th.
It’s so important that we design and stick with our home regimen. Majority of your outcome is what you do at home. The visit to your esthetician is to boost or/and modify your home regimen. Your Skinn is not difficult to understand. All you have to do is listen and stay out of the sun when not wearing sunscreen.
If you know when you eat ice cream; you break out..then stop. Or if you KNOW you’ll be wearing that juicy burger not just around your waist but on your face..don’t do it. For me it’s soda..Pepsi with ice drank out of a straw is my kryptonite but babyyyy, I’ll be wearing that sugar on my pores starting with my fingers in a month or so.
I say all of that to say; be consistent if you want real results. And listen to your Skinn.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa*
I read some where in the comments that many believed HS stands for some type of herpes. That’s incorrect and I’m here to educate you 🦋
My clients are living with HS and medical professionals can’t even diagnosis her (on four different attempts) correctly because they don’t know what it is. It’s not until coming across my post on this platform did she realize that this may be her condition because it looks the same; and are experiencing the same symptoms.
Hidradenitis Suppurativa*
How do you get HS?
The exact cause of hidradenitis suppurativa isn't known. It develops when hair follicles in the skin become blocked. Experts think it could be connected to hormones, inherited genes and immune system problems. Smoking, excess weight and metabolic syndrome also might play a role.
Is HS an autoimmune decease?
With current knowledge, HS is considered more of an auto-inflammatory illness. Officially and technically, it has not been classified as an autoimmune disease but patients and doctors alike will commonly use the “autoimmune” term as shorthand, causing confusion and leading to debate between the two.
What triggers HS?
Many things can trigger flare-ups of this disease including menstruation for women, weight gain, stress, hormonal changes, heat, and perspiration. In some cases, early symptoms, such as itching or discomfort, may precede the condition's characteristic manifestations. There are 3 clinical stages of HS.
Lastly, Hidradenitis Suppurativa is not an STD
It is not contagious and cannot be transmitted through sexual activity. HS is often misdiagnosed as an STD when it presents in the ge****ls, groin/buttock area !
