There is nothing more beautiful than a custom, unique hairline! One of the services we offer at Calla Wigs is adding a hairline to ANY pre-existing wig. So if you have a wig you love but the front doesn’t look very natural or it doesn’t fit comfortably, we can fix that!

This was a wig that a client brought to us that had a skin top and hard front. We removed the skin top and ventilated in a center part and her hairline. How do you think it looks?

Sometimes you have a wig that you don’t love 100%. This was a wig for a client we added a custom part, hairline, and shadow root for the most natural look!

Client story time! This is a client who wanted a Calla Wig (fully ventilated wig on non stretch lace to fit exactly) with custom color to look like her hair. She had cancer and due to chemo she lost all of it. She came to us and expressing her concerns because she had a wig provided by insurance that was hot, itchy, gave her scalp a reaction, and looked “wiggy”. She wanted to look like herself in the mirror, not herself with a cancer wig on.

We had a consultation and made her template in Zoom. When she sent it to us, we built her beautiful wig to replicate her hairline from when she had hair and felt her most confident. Using those pictures, we copied every hair and colored it to look exactly the same. When we sent it to her for her online fitting, she cried. Her husband came in as she had it in and began to cry because she looked like she always had.

It was a really beautiful experience.

A lot of people experiencing hair loss worry about their wigs falling off or slipping. There are many ways to keep your wig on from headbands, velvet bands, wig grips, wig caps with pins, etc, but sometimes that’s not enough. Silicone tabs can be added to any wig for extra security around the ears, nape, or crown.
