Nadi Shuddhi, a way of cleansing the nadhis or energy pathways in the system. I love doing this practice when I need to settle down and balance myself, especially before teaching. It helps me feel stable and peaceful. Even when I don’t feel like I need it, I see a noticeable difference after a few minutes of practice and focusing on my breath.
