! After a nice workout I was craving protein. I cooked a lot of food on Sunday so I could whip up nutritious meals for the rest of the week. Today's lunch includes slow cooker "refried" beans on sprouted whole wheat toast, avocado, salsa and a beautiful farm fresh salad (eggs and arugula thanks to ). The to refuel!
