2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (roasted or boiled and peeled)
1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 large eggs

Ingredients:
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
For the Sandwiches:
8 slices of white bread (soft, sandwich-style)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon
Butter or oil (for frying)

Directions:

Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
For the Vegetables:
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Yellow Rice:
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 3/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Yellow Rice:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the rice, turmeric, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Toast the rice for 2-3 minutes.

1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 large egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (or regular milk)
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
For the Oreo Glaze:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pancake Batter
