Angela Hair Artist

ored by North American Hairdresser of the Year award winner Chris Baran, she acted as a Color Technical Advisor for Joico before becoming a Redken Certified Colorist and Educator, who also assists in Product Development and Evaluation at the L’Oreal Technical Center, NYC. While she is best known for her in-depth knowledge of hair color (her color work has appeared in Vogue and Elle Canada magazines and in Pantene ads), Angela is incredibly well-rounded, and her expertise extends to all aspects of having and maintaining beautiful, healthy hair. Her wedding and red-carpet styles have been featured in several advertising campaigns and behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week. showcased her hair extension know-how, wig and hairpiece techniques, and work with multi-textured hair in its MILADY Cosmetology Textbook. Additionally, she holds several certifications in hair extensions and smoothing treatments, and has worked on television (America’s Next Top Model) and Broadway (Legally Blonde) shows, as well as with numerous celebrity clients. Currently, when Angela isn’t in the salon, she travels extensively, teaching advanced techniques to other stylists.
