I just got off live and I’m still fired up.
We talk a lot about spending money but not enough about spending it with class.
Someone left $25 on a $1,500 bill and had the audacity to justify it. And it broke something in me. Because I know what it takes to stand on that floor and give people an experience they’ll never forget.
Energy is currency. And the people in hospitality? They spend it freely on you.
And as today being Memorial Day, we honor those who served this country with everything they had. Let’s not forget the ones who serve every single day in restaurants, hotels, high tea rooms, and dining rooms across the world with grace, with skill, and with more heart than most will ever recognize.
I think the art of service and inner-standing it is something invaluable. And if someone holds this within themselves that's an asset to everyone.
Etiquette isn’t dead. But it’s being forgotten.
And I’m not staying quiet about it. 🥂

Full Moon Energy ✨has me in knots!
I read something the other day that stopped me in my tracks:
“Don’t let your phone become a digital pacifier.”
And I felt that… deeply.
Because how many times do we reach for it
not out of intention…
but out of discomfort?
Silence feels unfamiliar.
Stillness feels unsafe.
So we scroll.
Not because we need to 😅
but because we don’t want to feel.
So I took a step back.
Not to disappear…
but to reconnect.
To my thoughts.
My breath.
My real life.
This is your reminder:
You don’t need constant input to be okay.
You just need presence.
Hydrate & elevate.... and ...Purge baby! Cause if you follow astrology and know the basics of planetary alignment & full moon integration this is no walk in the park. It's a marathon! 💧💧💧
24-HOUR DIGITAL DETOX: WHAT TO DO INSTEAD
• Sit in silence for 10 minutes (no music, no stimulation)
• Go for a walk without headphones
• Drink your water slowly + intentionally (make it a ritual)
• Journal your thoughts—especially the uncomfortable ones
• Read 10–20 pages of a physical book
• Declutter one small area (drawer, bag, vanity)
• Stretch your body or take a Pilates/yoga flow
• Have a real conversation with someone—no phones in sight
• Cook or prepare a meal mindfully
• Spend time in sunlight (morning light if you can)
• Watch your thoughts instead of numbing them
• Take a bath or shower like it’s a reset ritual
• Play with your kids fully present (this one hits different)
• Reflect: What am I avoiding by being on my phone?
• Go to sleep without scrolling
