The shirt said it all, 'Workin on my fitness'. One day left with Autumn talked a lot about nutrition and being consistent that is not easy, but I get up and I try because time (age) doesn't wait for anyone.

2nd time complet8ng Yonkers 5k. This will he an annual race going forward. I'm thinking about the half, but Yonkers has too many hills, maybe if they have a 10k.
