Edge dwelling.
I am a soul adventurer.
When my mom sent me this photo years ago, I thought…That’s it!

That’s me. Always stretched out on the edge adventuring in places that are unknown.

I like to live life at my edges.
Sometimes my edges change.
This years it’s been about slowing down and being in softness.
The edge is “LESS”

I am here writing in my first inaugural Sensual Alchemist Teacher Training. It is quarter three and we are deep in branding and marketing. In this field of embodiment it is all about speaking through sensation and emotional nuance. Speaking to the heart and body of your community.

16 beautiful powerful vulnerable women are stretching their edges to learn how to hold groups of people with love, safety and daring.

They are at their leading edge and I am at mine. Every week I am writing brand new curriculum that is right now present moment. It’s so creative and exciting and alive. I am deeply humbled and honored.

Recently I attended a shamanic journey with my mentor. The theme this year is the feminine wound. In the body: the suppression of the desire to have a voice.

At the end of the evening I opened a book on the Dakini and instantly felt the urge to put my body in a prayer position. The message: Devotion.

A frequency of humility in the feminine is gratitude.

Fully open hearted moved by the moment gratitude. That is my give back to the Goddess. That eternal feminine principle.

So much active gratitude in practice.

Thank you for the privilege of my life and my purpose. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Everything feels lit with fire right now.
And still, my body asks for something quieter.

To get low.
To move slow.
To come close to the ground.

I find myself in simple rituals.
Hands in soil.
My mom’s oatmeal cookies in the oven.
Long, unhurried moments that ask nothing of me but presence.

And beneath it all, something is forming.
Not forced. Not rushed.
Just… becoming.

The Sun has entered Ta**us.
Venus too, resting in the place she knows as home.

Here, there is nothing to prove.
Nothing to reach for.
Only the invitation to be… fully, sensually here.

To feel life through the body.

The texture of what you touch.
The taste you actually allow yourself to receive.
The breath of spring moving through you.
The quiet beauty that exists without asking anything in return.

This is the practice.

Pleasure is not a reward.
It is how the body remembers it is safe.

And when the body softens, something real begins to emerge.

So I will leave you with this:

Where are you being asked to slow down enough to feel your life?
What beauty are you moving past too quickly?
What is quietly taking shape within you?

And what would it mean to tend to it… gently, patiently… like spring?

In love and devotion,
Lauren

Freedom is not doing whatever you want.

Freedom is having the capacity to feel what is true and respond from choice.

Many women have desire but lack the capacity to stay present with it.

Many have vision but lack the capacity to rest inside the unknown.

Many have power but lack the capacity to receive support.

Building capacity changes this.

It allows pleasure to deepen without overwhelm.
Grief to move without collapse.
Leadership to emerge without isolation.

This is how a woman becomes both powerful and well.

Not by becoming harder.
But by becoming more inhabited.

And once the body knows this level of freedom,
it will organize life around protecting it.

I’ve been teaching nonstop since November — and this past weekend I finally carved out time to be with myself and tend to my own pleasure.

Maybe you can relate. As busy women, we schedule everything except the thing that actually nourishes us most.

Here’s what I know to be true: pleasure is not a luxury. It nourishes the nervous system, floods the body with feel-good hormones, helps you make clearer decisions, and contributes to a genuinely happier life. It is medicine.

So when reached out about a brand partnership, I said yes — because their philosophy aligns with everything I teach. LELO is a Swedish luxury pleasure brand designed with your body, your well-being, and your wholeness in mind. No shame. Just pleasure, perfected.

I’m starting with the SONA™ 2 Cruise and it does not disappoint.

As we move into spring — a season of renewal, awakening, and turning toward the light — I can’t think of a better time to invest in your relationship with your own body.
