Whew! Can you believe it’s been nearly a YEAR since we’ve met in person!? This is a really volatile and challenging time, and I’m grateful to those of you who have shown up so consistently and offered your presence and positivity.
One upside of quarantine is getting to collaborate with my 👑 through all this upheaval.

✌🏽😢Thank you, Gowanus!! Thank you to my neighbors on 9th Street who put up with all the grunting and laughing and heavily rose scented air! A heartfelt thanks to ALL who made being in this space possible. And for bringing your mothers, sisters, husbands, partners, children, and doggos to play. You are the BEST clients, friends and neighbors on the planet 👯‍♀️
I’m so grateful for our virtual class interaction these days... it makes giving up our brick and mortar studio a little less painful. Here’s to the next chapter ✊🏽
