2025 STRENGTH + NUTRITION PLAN
The first group of lifters STARTS tomorrow!
It’s not too late to join…
Who: Beginner to Advanced. Regardless of level you WILL get stronger by the end of the 8 week session if you stick to the program. And you will eat to fuel your body!
What it is: The 2025 Strength and Nutrition Program is an 8 week strength training and nutrition plan. The program is designed to be 20 minute (ish) sessions x3 days a week. The nutrition plan is 8 weeks of menus and detailed recipes! Shopping lists included.
Where: This program is great for the new year to help you stay on track or plow a new one!
Why: Strength training and nutrition is the ultimate flex when it comes to taking care of yourself.
When: January 6th you will receive the first 2 weeks of the program.

Summer Session!
Who: Beginner to Advanced. If you already have some experience and want to make the sessions harder you can add more weight and/or reps and still advance. Regardless of level you WILL get stronger by the end of the 8 week session if you stick to the program.
What it is: Summer Session is an 8 week strength training program. The program is designed to be 20 minute (ish) sessions x3 days a week. All the program requires is your bodyweight, and/or x1 kettlebell or dumbell, and a good attitude;-) The movements will be a variation of squats, lunges, hinging, rows, presses, and core exercises. Foundational movements.
Where: This program is great for summer considering it requires limited equipment and can be done anywhere.
Why: Strength training is the ultimate flex when it comes to taking care of yourself.
When: June 1st you will receive the first 2 weeks of the program.

Sometimes you do have to ask me twice…
I get how full a parent’s life is. Making time for everyone’s needs is more than a full time job!

Welcome to my page…
Here is a few things I really enjoy learning about
1. Preconception-Postpartum rehab, training, and programming. The full spectrum of time when deciding to get pregnancy through the recovery process. For #1.2.3, I offer one on one training OR individualized programming. The programming progresses through video analysis.
2. Postpartum recovery and support. What training should look like for the specific person, nutrition, and how do we support this individual. The idea is this person works with me briefly for 2-6
timeline depends on multiple variables. I refer out for nutrition.
3. Movements and training plans that
best support the mom through the younger years of her children. This can be short term or longer term support depending on goals. This mom is usually 4+ years removed from her last birth.
4. Bodyweight + Kettlebells: because I have found these the most efficient use of time for my busy mom clients. I have multiple certifications from a variety of institutions + I am still learning.
5. Child development in the years before 10 years old.
6. I am passionate about how to best support moms physical, mental, spiritual and emotional state so she can thrive. I love to connect and refer my clients with the right resources like therapist, nutritionists, pelvic floor OT/PT’s, doulas, lactation consultants, body workers etc.

⭐️I offer a one time 90 minute consultation call. During this time I get a full history, current status of strength, and movement analysis. You will leave with three actionable items towards your specific goals.
⭐️I currently see limited one on one, there is a waitlist through the winter of 2023.
