Back Pain and Sciatica Free

Hi Everyone, my name is Marco. I decided to share my story with you to tell everyone who is distressed of their pain not to be, because there is always a hope and that hope oneday i was looking for!!

My story started in 2017 I was 26 years old. Work for me with something important to support my life as everyone who lives without his parents. I used to sit for so many hours daily. I didn’t know that simple work life will destroy my life later. I started feeling pain in my lower back then I got a sciatica in my right leg and numbness in my foot and toes. I was crying day night. And my life activities became so restricted, I couldn’t walk I couldn’t sit and I couldn’t even sleep. I went to many doctors most of them took advantage of my pain to make money. I paid so much money for treatments that will never benefit my condition just because i was DESPERATE.

Later, after couple years, I decided to have a surgery in Germany to get over this pain and live normal life, right before traveling there I saw a video that saved my life of someone who is suffering from sciatica and back pain, and he had similar case as mine. I decided to follow his footsteps and not to have any surgeries. Thank God the way I walked through was the right path. After a few months of workouts I started feeling better and more comfortable. The back pain and sciatica was gone. I became able to run walk long distances without feeling any pain.

Exercise and the proper nutrition is very Important. Avoiding physical activities is Wrong. We have to strength our muscles to be able to absorb any impact on our bodies. Physical Therapy Alone can’t make you heal.

I’m sharing my MRI Report and i wish that my story can give people a Hope and not to give up to pain.
