This patient present to off with these broken teeth (central and lateral) we spoke about treatment plan an decided to do some composite restorations and close the gap with clear aligners and at the end of the movement do whitening and veneer on the central and composite on the lateral.

Here is a treatment that started with clear aligners to lower the mandibular anterior teeth to improve the smile and lip line. After placing teeth at the right position we restore the upper front teeth with PFZ crowns.

This is a 63 years old woman with a class III malocclusion, we extracted tooth # 25 (lower right central incisor). As long as the gums are healthy bone loss is not a contraindication of tooth movement.
