✨Radiant Rest, it's how we sparkle from the inside out✨

Since this year started I've been indulging in guilt-free rest! I've been so much more creative, child-like & inspired✨

Over the years, learning more about generational healing I've learned that what gave me significance/an identity as a child & still as an adult today is being the oldest sister that can do it ALL (which is why hit home for me).

🤕 5 years ago when my shoulder gave out b/c of my burnout, I was forced to live life differently from that point forward. I was 28 when I burned out & I had no idea this was even possible b/c ppl never talk about it or maybe it's just been so normalized??

💻The reality is, is that even robots & computers need to turn off. Plants would literally die if there was 24hrs of sun light, they need sleep too. As much as we want to do it all:
it's ok to ask for support
it's ok to say no
it's ok to rest

Our human body isn't any different! Burn out is real and SO IS finding good guilt-free sleep 💤
