WHAT TO EXPECT W/ Brazilian?
1. When coming to your appointment try to wear breathable clothes, nothing tight.
2. If you’re a new client you’ll sign the waxing consent forms, and I’ll ask there if you have any questions or concerns.
3. There are wipes on hand, for a quick refresh.
4. You’ll be asked to to lay on the bed in a certain position, (butterfly or heel to heel)
5. We’ll talk or it can be a silent appointment (I personally like to speak but it’s the clients choice) I’ll give you some product recommendations based on your skin, and give a suggested time frame for when you should be back or we can prebook your next appointment.
6. The obvious answer, expect your hair follicles to be waxed away. There will be pain or an uncomfortable feeling, but the sting only last for seconds.

As a customer or client, the utmost priority for me is exceptional customer service. I strongly believe that if I am treated with respect, my time is valued, and the service provided is of high quality, I will always return. So I apply those same expectations on to me as a service provider.
