Modifying training variables to stay on track is certainly an art as much as it is a science.

Lighter weight = smaller plate diameter = increase ROM = sufficient stimulus under the given conditions i.e. Lack of sleep
•
Routine for that day⤵️
Seated calf press 2 x 20
Seated Hamstring curl 3 x 12
RDL 3 x 10
Neutral Grip lat pull down 4 x 8-12
Chest supported rows 2 x 10
Hammer Curl 2 x 12

A little life/professional update 🤓👨🏫
Over a year ago I decided to take the next step in my career and pursue higher education. I sent out my application to pursue a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training at Montclair State University. With a gap decade in academia, outstanding prerequisites, and a program that was nearing its capacity, I received my acceptance letter.
⏳ Now, I am wrapping up my first year of the 2-year program and here are some of my accomplishments I was able to achieve:
• NJ Student Delegate for the Eastern Athletic Trainers Association, EATA
• Conferred into the Iota Tau Alpha Honors Society
• Recipient of the John L. Davis award
Of course I have to give a lot of credit to for her continued support with my very early mornings, long days at school, clinical, and with clients, and my very late study evenings.
📣 Shout out to: All the other professionals that see my potential; All of my clients and individuals I have the privilege of working with who trust in the process; My professors, preceptors, and classmates who make sure I stay at the top of my game; And of course friends and family that check-in.

So glad I decided to attend my first annual conference and most certainly won't be my last. Enjoyed every moment being surrounded by intelligent and accomplished individuals who practice what they preach!
