Is anyone else out there finding back to school triggering? I can't believe how my daughter starting a new school has me going through first day jitters all over again😣. Luckily I have great acupuncture treatments to help me stay calm and centered😌. I especially needed it after having to go to five stores to find preschool pencils.

I have personally been through a lot this year with the loss of my father, then my Aunt, and just recently a dear friend. I think about how these three lived their lives with passion and drive. How they all had obstacles along the way but they didn't waiver. We can choose to stay mired in negativity and sadness or we can honor those gone by continuing to be our best selves. Honor their memeories by living every day!

Love is the ultimate healer!

The taoist masters understood that to balance the yin and yang internally and externally was the key to health. Wu wei a central taoist principle is action through non-action. It is yin/yang in balance. It is the understanding that rest, stillness, not doing is as important as activity, movement, and doing.
Unfortunately in our society we fail to value stillness which is why people are stressed out, over tired, and anxious.
Find the balance by just stopping and resting. Allow things to go undone. Leave work early. Turn off your phone. Cultivate the yin.
Value and appreciate the stillness.
