After making and using this oil on myself for over a year, I gave some to a friend and she loved it. I figured if it’s been helping me it would help others too.

I was struggling to find a good way of moisturizing and soothing my hyper reactive & stressed out skin. I started having rosacea flare ups and no matter how many things I tried that claimed to be suitable “for all skin types” or “sensitive skin”, they were always loaded with ingredients that my skin would not tolerate (jojoba, shea butter, essential oils, rosemary extract, alcohol, witch hazel, olive oil, etc...)

Maracuja (passion fruit) seed oil has an amazing balance of essential fatty acids. It penetrates the epidermis, unlike heavier oils, and moisturizes really well without making skin greasy. It balances oil production so it’s good if your skin is oily or dry. It’s remarkably high in linoleic acid which is often lacking in acne prone skin. Vitamins C & A and lycopene brighten skin, repair UV damage and help with collagen production. It also has impressive antioxidant activity, making it a great free radical scavenger.

Calendula is a reputed skin healer and soother. Both Maracuja and Calendula are anti-inflammatory and calendula is further known for its skin healing, antimicrobial & antifungal properties.

I did a direct infusion with whole calendula flowers so our Organic M+C Oil is not diluted with any other carrier oils. (Most calendula oil is actually olive, soybean, or sunflower oil infused with calendula and calendula extract is achieved through a chemical process that we wanted to avoid.) This oil has no preservatives or essential oils that can irritate skin!

Our Organic Maracuja Oil is not deodorized like most on the market and we use whole Organic Calendula Flowers, as opposed to the petals alone. 🔮
