is the perfect time to slow down, unplug, and pick up a good ! 📖
Kiera Nagle, MA, LMT, CLC we believe self-care is about creating moments wherever we can that can help regulate our nervous systems and give our minds a chance to rest.
Reading can be one of those practices, as well as a simple way to step away from screens and reconnect with yourself.
This summer, our team is sharing some of the books currently on our reading lists - we hope you discover something that inspires your next read!
We’d love to hear:
• What’s on your summer reading list?
• Have you read any of these books?
• Which one are you adding to your TBR?
Tell us in the comments ! And don’t forget - before or after your next appointment, stop by our in the hallway! Feel free to borrow a book, leave one you’ve loved, or simply browse the shelves. Happy reading!

The is June's full moon, named by North American indigenous peoples to mark the season when wild strawberries were ready for harvest.
If you've been with us for a while, you may have noticed that our logo is a crescent moon 🌙
The has long been associated with cycles, including the rhythms of nature and the reproductive cycle. It reflects one of the ideas that grounds our practice: our bodies are not machines - they move through seasons, patterns, periods of activity, and periods of restoration.
🌑 🌒 🌓🌔🌕️🌖🌗🌘🌑
While some people connect with the moon spiritually and others don't, we believe there is value in paying attention to the rhythms of our own bodies.
We like to view the Strawberry Moon as an invitation to pause, notice how we're feeling, and ask ourselves what our bodies might need.
Maybe it's getting outside, getting more sleep, or finally scheduling the you've been putting off!
Whatever it looks like, we hope you find a moment to reconnect with yourself this week (and that you get out and take a chance to look at this gorgeous moon!)

What is the Massage for Reproductive Health ?
This service can really be applied to so many different types of reproductive health support and can include so many different modalities. Book this session if you are experiencing any of the following:
🩸dysmenorrhea
🩸PMS / PMDD
🩸miscarriage
🩸PMOD (fka PCOS)
🩸endometriosis
🩸puberty
🩸perimenopause
🩸menopause
🩸infertility
🩸IVF / IUI / egg retrieval prep
🩸abortion
🩸fibroids
🩸gender transition
🩸adjustments to HRT
The timing of your session may be determined by various factors- for example, booking a few days before the onset of PMS/PMDD may reduce symptoms, but booking during a painful menstrual cycle can also reduce the symptoms you are experiencing.
For fertility support, best timing to book is 24-48 hours BEFORE a transfer - we know that may be difficult as the timing is hormone level dependent, so if you've booked something and need to adjust, or aren't sure when to book, please email [email protected] for assistance.
To manage chronic conditions, ongoing monthly or biweekly massage treatment may be helpful because massage has a cumulative affect and results can build on prior sessions.
We may incorporate any number of bodywork techniques into your session, including:
🙌🏻 myofascial release
🙌🏽 abdominal massage
🙌🏾 manual lymphatic drainage
🙌🏿 acupressure
and more!
Email us with questions, or book a session at our link in bio- put your question / condition into the booking notes and on the intake form so we can reach out to communicate further if needed!

Ariadne started with us in 2026, and aside from expert perinatal massage, specializes in Reflexology and Eastern massage modalities (Thai massage, Shiatsu, acupressure)!

Hi everyone! We've been blooming this spring and experiencing quite a bit of shift, change and growth at !
Our owner/founder Kiera has been a for 18+ years and considers herself a “massage connoisseur”, so she only hires MT’s whose work she would want to receive repeatedly herself. And, she has personally trained each staff member in our protocols while also giving space for them to shine in their own right as the amazing they are. They each bring something unique to the table while providing consistency in care. Almost all of our therapists are now certified in care as well.
While we’ve been pretty booked in May (Mother’s Day and all) now that the schedule is situated, we will have more availability in June with both treatment rooms and our team fully staffed.
We’ll be highlighting new staff members in upcoming posts, and you can see everyone’s bios on our About page on the website ( )
Here is our new staff photo, taken by the amazing ! They have an art opening this week- check out our stories for more info!

This course will present several business-related considerations for LMTs who are starting their own independent practice. Included is an overview of the forms of organization that are available (sole proprietorships, LLCs, corporations) and the requirements for registering with the state(s) of operation and licensing bodies. We will present information about how to establish and maintain separate business records, including the importance of obtaining a business EIN, bank account, phone number, and email address. Filing requirements, which vary in frequency, will be explained to raise awareness of estimated income taxes, and franchise and sales tax obligations. Since compliance often requires specialized knowledge, we will also talk about how to find and interview an accountant, tax preparer, or bookkeeper and discuss how these professionals can help you with tax and cash flow planning. The learning activities as presented in this course will contribute to the skills needed for the professional practice of massage therapy: Communication, record-keeping, professional rules and regulations, law, and ethics will be discussed. Finally, we will explore how to safeguard the LMT’s business from scams. A question-and-answer session will conclude the presentation.
