Whats your breakfast for this morning?
Here's my power breakfast after a morning workout. Egg whites, brocolli, pico de gallo, mushrooms. Not a fan of avocado, but i can deal with them in this. And how i love my sun dried tomatoes. 1 slice of whole grain toast.
