By staying in the present, we preserve our strength for real challenges instead of wasting it on shadows. Peace begins when we stop borrowing trouble from the future.

Death is inevitable, but fear is a choice. When we accept that life has a natural end, we stop wasting energy resisting what we cannot control. Instead, we learn to savor the moments we have, to live with intention, and to focus on what gives life meaning. Escaping the fear of death is not denial—it is freedom.
