Loving the woman I’m becoming 💝💝❤️❤️ because one day I woke up and couldn’t recognize who I became and it took a while to get myself out of the depression I dug myself into. has given me the strength to fight for what I deserve because of the amazing community that keeps me going and the products that make me feel good I’m doing what I once thought would be impossible I’m loving me and putting me first by all means I’m not where I wonna be but I dame sure ain’t where I was a couple of months ago and baby it feels good 😊 for anyone who wants to feel like themselves again hit me up and let’s grow threw this journey together because and there is much more to come 🙏🙏🏃♀️🏃♀️🗣🗣
For things to change you have to change….. the only thing stopping you from becoming the best version of your best self is you 🗣🗣 I literally was talking myself out of working out today because I was tired from doing a 11 hr shift but I used the 5 second rule and jumped to the workout and im so happy I did I feel amazing, now for a shake and my bed 🛌
Forget about the finish line and just concentrate on taking your first small, imperfect steps 🙌🙌☝️🦵🦵🗣🗣
