Our Mind & Body Somatic Pilates teacher training has officially passed the halfway point, and our teachers are growing beautifully. ✨
I put together this video with clips from their teaching practice — they invited two couples to join the session, and it was amazing to witness.

Compared to last week, they’ve grown so much. More confidence, more clarity, and they’re now showing the true qualities of real teachers.
