🚨 Client Update – New Policies Effective May 2026 🚨

Thank you all for your continued love and support — I truly appreciate each and every one of you! As my business continues to blossom, I’ve made a few updates to my policies to better serve you and keep everything running smoothly.

✨ Effective May 2026, please review the following changes:

🗓️ Booking
To book an appointment, click the link in my bio and fill out the form. Any questions, feel free to DM or text (516) 907-6273

💳 Deposits Required
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit = no appointment.

⏰ Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may be applied or your appointment may be canceled.

❌ No Call / No Show
Clients who no-call/no-show will be required to pay 100% of the service before booking again.

🔁 Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled once if done at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits will transfer one time only.

🚫 No Extra Guests
Please come alone unless being serviced or prior approval is given.

💵 Remaining Balance
Remaining balance must be paid via accepted payment methods (please confirm when booking).

🚗 Travel Fee
A travel fee will be applied based on distance and location for all house visits. Please inquire when booking for an exact quote.

✨ Hair Policy Reminder
Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of product before your appointment. Additional fees may apply otherwise.
