💙 It’s a day to dish the tea....No, not that “tea”....”T”, as in Texture. In case you blew off my Foot Fitness class today, the assignment was to take your shoes & socks off, put your f’in phone down & GO Outdoors. Find texture, and walk... walk on the grass, rocks, whatever you find. 5 minutes. Feel your skin on the bottom of your feet tingle, feel your 8000 nerve endings come back to life, feel your feet start to smile!! As you Separate your toes & find FREEDoM in your feet that will Directly translate into freeing your mind. Breathe in the air, look around & see the view & hear the birds, & dogs barking & the sounds of life all around you. Those shoes keep us bunched up & if you ask me, that also translates into a lot of people just being way too tightly bunched up in their minds!!

With so many people arguing over politics, social media, to mask or not, etc, escape the mayhem And find a renewed focus. Reconnect to the human inside you, and prioritize your health. Taking your shoes off can be the start of some good energy & renewed health.... let me know how you do! When people ask me “what I do for a living, I usually laugh. I can tell you all my certifications, my credentials, my Global experience, my job title. But honestly, what I do is: I am passionate about helping people find more zest in life, using whatever tool I can. With our new virtual reality, this means I can be at my home in Jupiter, taking a picture of a client training hard in NYC, or ANYWHERE....to show the incorrect body placement. If you are a visual learner, this will help you so much more than my verbal cues. So, while I’m in my new “Work from Home” Paradise, I’m opening up a few spots to train virtually if you are interested. We will talk, laugh, and I will kick your ass with great form. Sharing this beautiful sunrise with you all. No, its not a sunrise I actually saw in person. It was sent to me from a friend of mine this week...645am my phone went off & Im sure this friend had no idea the significance of this day for me. You see, it was 4 years to that moment that I was undergoing neck surgery, a result of a car accident where a driver that was texting didnt realize I was stopped at a red light & plunged into me. So that particular morning I was up early, thinking, and spiraling into a dive that Ive been before & know the climb out ain’t too fun. So the ding of the text stopped me in my dive down, & what replaced it was a reminder of caring, of connection, IF WE ALLOW IT IN. I’m not good at being weak, I’m not good at asking for help. But what I’ve learned through this isolation ( and continue to practice) is trying to allow others to help before the spiral down. “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about “ Its true.
