Tomorrow's workout will be cross-training focused.. lots of cleans, presses, deadlifts and presses.. abs in between each movement!
Chest workout for Bro T**s with 💪💪. Start with the lightest weight for the pump 15-20 reps then when the weight gets heavier drop the reps by 3s set by set.

"KEEP SHOWING UP", DON'T DO IT FOR THE PERSON WHO'S LOOKING FOR YOU TO BE GREAT. BE GREAT FOR YOU, FITNESS CAN BE SELFISH AND IT'S OK TO BE SELFISH WITH YOUR GOALS, THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO GROW. Now that I've got your attention I wanna talk about weakness.. You've probably heard the saying, "Pain is weakness leaving the body" but don't know where it comes from.. there was a fitness model Greg Plitt that was in the fitness industry 10 years ago, you've probably seen a magazine cover or 2 of his.. He was a former Navy Seal, decent actor, was in a terminator movie and built his house from scratch. On January 17, 2015 he died, he tried to do a video shoot on train tracks and ended up getting run over by a train. This legend gave me a lot of inspiration on my workout journey, his words spoke life into people in a way that I strive to do everyday of my fitness career and journey. He helped me to believe in myself that I could achieve my fitness goals even when I was struggling to get in the gym to do my cardio or to push out that extra rep. Even a person who seems like they have it all or that seems like they are extremely capable of doing the task can struggle based on how they think. How you think translates to how you perform, I firmly believe that; if you feel like you can conquer it you will. Questions you should ask yourself in the next training block:
What is your weakness? How can I correct it? My weakness was my shoulder health, lower back (wanted to get my deadlift strength back without feeling pain) and my lunge strength are things I've been working on this new program cycle.. so far I'm liking the progress I'm seeing and the strength I'm gaining during this process.
Deadlift party for my 27th birthday. God blessed me with a strong back so I thought I'd deadlift 10x my age.
275 lbs- 50 reps sets of 6-8 reps. Might make this a tradition to deadlift on my birthday haha.

What is your why? If you figure out your why that'll give you all the motivation you need! Somedays we don't feel like getting out of bed don't let that stop you. Forget the little voice in your head and push forward!
