With more neighborhood diversity, elite African-Americans and entertainment industry celebrities calling Harlem “home,” Harlem is the place to be and to be seen. Jovone tapped into this opportunity thusly wanting to bring a more diverse atmosphere to Harlem including successful entrepreneurs and professional celebrity industry individuals thusly creating URL, a brand that will connect and create a powerful network of “movers and shakers” together all in the name of Harlem. After receiving her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Genovia Elle continues to strive for excellence. By 2016, she will have thus received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Though Genovia Elle is very passionate about her work as a clinician, she is also on a mission to influence, inspire and impact the lives of others through writing and fashion. Additionally, Genovia Elle views fashion as a vehicle of true self-expression. She finds much joy in helping women discover their true essence of self and feeling comfortable and confident with whom they are.
