Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter & Fresh Garden Salad
Clean, simple, and full of flavor.
Season salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and all-purpose seasoning. Grill or pan-sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
For the sauce, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add lemon juice, zest, and a pinch of salt. Let it simmer and pour over the salmon. Finish with fresh parsley.
On the side, a crisp garden salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with creamy dressing and a touch of black pepper and parsley.
