What are you done carrying?
What have you perfected past the point of vitality?
Where has self-criticism replaced listening?
What system in your life once protected you, but now diminishes you?
Where are you being asked for cleaner devotion, not harsher control?

There is support here for emotional honesty that nourishes—for choosing what protects life, leading with through care, and for recognizing that devotion can be an act of love. Not all endings need to arrive as abrupt volatility; some come as closure that makes way for a new beginning. A quiet knowing, and a rearrangement so obvious you wonder why you resisted it, except that is wasn’t time, until now.

That is the deeper wisdom of eclipse season.”

creativity doesn’t just come to you at will. i had this concept to play with a veil about a year and a half ago that never really got executed the way i envisioned it. i was shooting some portraits the other day……marshall was with me …..and at the end I said ‘can we just mess around for a few minutes and try to get this vision…
he was like “of course T… let’s play “.
so i took off my pants, jumped under the light and wiggled around.
and then asked if she would jump in, ‘ya T let’s play’! thank you sister. always.
and we just messed around for a few minutes….
that’s how the flow happens sometimes …..you just have to put yourself in a place where you feel like you and see what shows up. no pressure.

remember… have fun. be you.
and just do it all with love.

ali asked me if I wanted to run to sunset and shoot quick. a sprint and stripe down, rolled around, laughed while she snapped some moods. she is available for work in santa teresa for the next 6 months - so if you need a bright light to play with, she is your girl.

side note (+ no one probably made it this far ha.) i am teaching a workshop thanksgiving morning 10am ET. i have wanted to share this format for years now - 90 mins of Class + big open moments of breath work woven through out. a smooth on ramp, a steady build and expand so wide. unveil unseen spaces. lots of space and quiet after paced bursts.
