We are at the final stages on this kitchen remodel in West Chester. This project in particular has been very rewarding because I worked as the Construction Manager for the company that built the house back in the early 2000s. It is pretty cool to come back into a house that you were once so familiar with, and remodel the kitchen under your own business 20+ years later. The next project will be the large master bathroom. Stay tuned!

Another Bathroom complete! We’ve been rocking and rolling in the bathroom game this past month. This one came out great, featuring Century cabinets, custom vanity top, upgraded tile, and brushed nickel fixtures. The biggest change on the job was converting the previous bath tub space to this custom shower stall space, which gives more space to the user.

What a beautifully completed Hall Bathroom Remodel! This space features various upgrades, all of which were great choices by the customer. We eliminated the once small linen closet next to the tub, and a custom cabinet with roll outs was built in its place. We also trimmed out the walls with shadow box moldings and installed a pocket door to save on floor space. The customer selected a beautiful tile, a Kohler vanity and a custom vanity top, sconce lighting, and beautiful fixtures finished in French Antique Brass.

The hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished, and we are ready for the cabinetry! This kitchen remodeling project in Glen Mills is going great. Can’t wait to see how different this place looks in a week.

Glen Mills Hall Bathroom Remodel- The tile came out great! The customer did an excellent job on her selections and the vertical layout was a great idea! I’m looking forward to seeing this all tie together next week.

Glen Mills Renovation Project- We stripped the walls down in preparation for removing the staircase today. The customer is looking to have the bottom of the stairs feature a bullnose on both sides and an updated railing system. To accomplish this we’re going to do some structural modifications and widen the opening at the bottom of the steps to match the existing side and have a new staircase built. Then we’ll remove and replace the staircase with a set featuring oak treads to receive stain and painted risers. Once completed we’ll install a new railing system. Then we’ll work our way upstairs to replace the carpet with oak hardwood, new trim and doors throughout and paint….and a new master bath! We’re super excited to working on this project!!

Drywall installed! We’re moving along great in this hall bathroom remodel. The tile installers are in next to install the backer board in the tub surround. The customer went with a slightly larger tub, which I personally love.
