It's Teacher Appreciation Week, and the countdown to Mother's Day. Making it the perfect time to shower Taylor with love. She has been the absolute best teacher to Z this year. She loves each of her students like they are her own littles, and her own daughters even more.

Getting to be a part of my son's senior prom while doing a few of my favorite things: makeup, florals, and photos. I'm soaking up all the memories the kids allow me to be a part of.

My middle son will be going to OU through a NROTC scholarship for Aviation. We are so proud of the work he has put in and the goals he is crushing.

On a sidenote, I’m also very thankful that he finally let me take his photos after a year of begging 😅

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here.
This past year, life has been full in every sense. Being a wife, a mom, a student, an employee… and if I’m honest, my business has taken a bit of a back seat through both beautiful milestones and some really hard moments.
But as I head into my final semester, I can feel it, that anticipation of what’s next. The creativity. The momentum coming back.
Lately I’ve been building out my portfolio and refining my style… and I keep coming back to this question:
What direction do I lean into?

This one’s personal. I’m thankful that Rochelle, who has inspired me from our time together in cosmetology school, into mother hood, and into further education. She is now headed into her donor year at OU, volunteering as student lead for the Unity Clinic.
