Job Title: Assistant / Virtual Assistant for Hair Business
Location: Midwest City / Oklahoma City (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Hours: 20–40 hrs/week (flexible schedule)

Pay Range: $14–18/hour (entry level), up to $22/hr with relevant experience

About You:
You’re organized, proactive, and ready to support a busy hair business. You can juggle appointments, client communications, errands, social media tasks, and light bookkeeping. Whether in-person or remote, you’re ready to help me stay on top so I can focus on styling.

Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and client appointments (bookings, cancellations, reminders)
• Answer phone calls, emails, and DM inquiries promptly
• Handle errands: product pickups, client gifts, returns
• Help manage social media posts, client follow-up, light content support
• Track expenses, update simple bookkeeping
• Assist with inventory and coordinating vendor restocks

Requirements:
• 0–1 year experience in admin, customer service, or VA roles
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with phone/email, scheduling tools
• Reliable, organized, and friendly
• Availability during business hours (flexible 20–40 hr/week)

Preferred:
• Experience in beauty, salon, or small-business environments
• Social media or light marketing experience

Perks:

• Hands-on experience in a creative/hair studio setting

I’m blessed to have an incredible team, whether part-time or full-time, who genuinely enjoy showing up and putting in the work. Over time, we’ve become more than coworkers; we’ve become family.

With each passing day, week, month, and year, our foundation becomes stronger, and the reputation of the salon continues to speak for itself. I’m not one to boast, but I stand firm in my faith: when I say “God’s got us,” I truly mean it. 2025 has already brought its own set of tests and turning points—many of which are deeply personal—but I remain grateful. I know that everything happens by His grace.
