FIT & Fun is designed just for moms, or Dads, who want an effective workout while their little ones play nearby.
This 60-minute outdoor class is a fun, circuit-style format that keeps your body moving and your energy high. You’ll rotate through a variety of strength and cardio stations, building endurance, boosting metabolism, and improving overall fitness — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.
While you work out, your kids can enjoy designated play activities set up within your full view. This gives you the freedom to focus on yourself, knowing they’re close by and happily occupied. (Please note: children are not supervised.)
