Good things are coming and then I will have so much to tell! It's been slow getting it all together but patience is a virtue and I am learning that!

What is Lip Blushing?
It's a semi-permanent pigment used to enhance the lips. After healing, you can apply a different color of your own lipstick for change at times. Last quick note, a touch up maybe needed 8 weeks after procedure for touch up or perfecting the color and then next touch up 1-1 1/2 year later.

What is your New Year's Resolution? Have you made goals but haven't done anything to try and achieve them? I know I have because of fear for me. Not this year! I'm going to go for it! This is my year to achieve those goals.
2023 is your year as well. The year to take those goals and at least start working on them. Start from the smaller goals before you hit the large one or ones. Don't forgot, this is counted as self-care which is important for all of us. To 2023 and all of us working towards our goals. Good luck and Happy New Year!

Family time is important at anytime but more important during the holidays. Last night I spent time with my oldest, youngest and grandpups baking cookies. We failed on some but it wasn't about the cookies coming out perfect, life is not perfect. It was all about spending time together talking, laughing and even sheding a few tears. Merry Christmas Eve to everyone!

Self-Love is important! What have you done for yourself this week? If you haven't done anything for yourself this week then plan something and do it!
Don't forget going to the doctor's or dentist is taking care of your needs even if it's no fun. My favorite thing to do for myself is getting my nails done or getting a massage. What do you like to do for yourself? If you NEVER do anything for yourself, I challenge you to STOP and PLAN something then FOLLOW THROUGH with it. Follow through is the key to the challenge. Happy Friday! I'm loving the cool weather because it means I can wear my boots! I love boots! It also means it's the most busiest time of year! Do you start shopping early like I do or last minute?
Let's not forget that Christmas is about family and giving but giving to those that don't have or have very little. That includes animals, all animals not just cats and dogs. They all need love, warm shelter, food and water.
Also don't forget to be kind and love yourself! I've been forgetting that myself lately but remember your beautiful, strong and worthy.
