We had a beautiful run along the Orem stretch of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. Great run guys! Happy Fourth and see you next week!

Hike/Trail run up by Nebo Loop. Beautiful area. I intended to climb Mt Nebo but caught a fun traverse and ran with it for awhile - I realized I was off path and didn’t have the energy, supplies, and motivation to backtrack and climb up. It was getting later in the morning and just decided to enjoy the day. Sometimes you just have to intuitively live in the moment and not let goals radically determine your life. Not saying goals aren’t important but sometimes taking unexpected paths can have payoffs. On this run it did. I saw some views that I wouldn’t have otherwise seen - even if it wasn’t the summit I was hoping for.

Really fun run today with this morning. Stewart Falls is a classic trail run. Loving it.
