Welcome to Fantabulous 50+! My name is Lisa and I’m a Certified Health Coach committed to helping women feel fantastic and look fabulous in their 50s, 60s and beyond! Our mission is to empower and inspire women over 50 to be “forever fabulous” by providing community support as well as information and resources tailored to our unique needs. We will be sharing information on a wide range of topics including health, nutrition, wellness, beauty, fitness, and so much more.
