Effortless personal and social skills allow me to engage with individual yoga clients in a relaxed & trusting manner to assess where they are physically, emotionally and spiritually. I offer personalized asana ,(poses) pranayama,(breathwork) & anatomy alignment to guide clients through an amazing, safe and beneficial practice while creating an atmosphere of trust and ease. As a student of yoga myself, I continue to practice Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Yin, Meditation. My enthusiasm to share this ancient practice with others results in ongoing studies and Certifications.
