I started thinking about this the other day…

We spend so much time decorating our homes. We carefully choose colors, textures, furniture, and little details because we want it to feel like us.

What if we approached getting dressed the same way?

Instead of searching for one more “perfect” piece, what if we thought about how everything works together to create something that feels like home… on us.

I kind of love thinking of getting dressed as decorating yourself. 🤍

Okay…I have to know. 😄

What’s one thing you’d never wear?

A hat? Barrel jeans? Leopard shoes? White pants?

I hear “I’d never wear that” all the time, and I always think it’s interesting. Sometimes it’s because it truly isn’t your style…and sometimes it’s because you’ve only seen it one way.

Either way, I think those little “never” statements tell us a lot about our personal style.

I was trying to be all nonchalant about how cool one little tool is (the House of Colour fan)… and instead I accidentally showed you exactly how chalant I am. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Most of us buy blush because it’s pretty… not because it actually works with our coloring. 🌸 Every season has its own perfect blush, and the difference is subtle but so good when it’s right. Which one would you wear?!

One of my favorite things is seeing everything come together. 💍✨

I found the perfect home for my vintage hats and now I can’t stop staring at this corner. 🤍

Most of these hats were found one at a time at estate sales, antique stores, and thrift shops over the years. Seeing them all together feels a little like a timeline of tiny treasures.

Now the question is… which one would you grab first? 👒✨

My advice as a stylist… find something you love. And then WEAR IT.
