Who's joining Coach Shurron tomorrow, 10:45am, for our very first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class at Tara?! All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

Exclusively at Tara Plaza, we are proud to introduce, Coach Shurron, to our Group Exercise team. He will be leading a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class every Saturday, 10:45am. Coach Shurron comes to us as a Black Belt with 17 years of experience. This exclusive class is included with the cost of your membership, so nothing extra to attend, and all fitness levels are welcome to participate.
