I wanted to give everyone a little heads-up about a schedule change coming in the second week of July.

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ll be moving to a 3-day work week:

🗓 Thursday: 10–4
🗓 Friday: 10–5
🗓 Saturday: 10–3

My goal is to consistently book those three days before expanding my schedule back to four days. This will allow me to better manage my time while continuing to provide the best experience possible for each client.

If my schedule starts filling up consistently, I’ll happily open additional days again!

If you’ve been in within the last few weeks, then you’ve met our newest team member, Alyssa Vick! I am so proud to announce that Monday she took and PASSED her Texas state cosmetology practical exam, and is one of Wise County’s newest licensed cosmetologists!

A huge congratulations to Alyssa on passing her cosmetology exam! 🎉

She’s worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, and we’re excited to have her continuing her journey with us here at Generations. Be sure to say hello if you see her around the shop while she prepares for the next chapter of her career!

🚨 Appointment & No-Call/No-Show Policy Update 🚨

At Generations Barber Salon, each service provider operates as an independent professional and may have their own cancellation and rescheduling policies.

As a general salon policy:

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you must contact your service provider directly by call or text.

• Appointments missed by more than 10 minutes without communication will be considered a No-Call/No-Show.

• A 50% fee of the services booked will be charged via invoice and must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

• All new clients booking online will be required to keep a valid card on file to reserve their appointment.

We understand that life happens. If you’re running late or need to reschedule, please give us a call or send us a text as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
