Our modern lifestyles are leaving us stuck in hunched postures which cause tight and weak chests, shoulders and upper backs - we need to do the work to prevent it from taking over our bodies.

Here’s 4 things you can start doing now:

1️⃣ Puppy poses / opening up through a tight upper back

2️⃣ T spine rotations / improving range of motion through the upper back & shoulders after being stuck in a hunched position

3️⃣ Chest openers / open up through the chest which has become tight from slouching

4️⃣ Dead hangs / build strength through the upper body after becoming weak from being stationary (use a band and build up to bodyweight)
