Good Goat Soap

What a whirlwind. For the past few months, my soap has been just plain ole cold process soap. We worked through our freezer stash and had to wait for Annie to give birth. Well, she finally did! Then, something happened in our lives that prevented me from making soap. So, I’ve been out of commission for the last 6 weeks. Today, I FINALLY was able to make soap again. Not just any soap, but FRESH GOAT MILK SOAP. It’s so good to be milking my girl again. We are milk sharing with a set of twins and that presented its own challenges. The joys of spring and summer are among us. There will be slightly limited stock for June because of my hiatus but I’m hopeful we’re on the up and up!

The official good goat gave us the best Mother’s Day gift! Two baby boys to love. The trio is doing amazing. I’m excited to get back to goat milking once the kids are a little older.
Yesterday, after an unexpected vet visit, my husband and I swore off any more animals. Today, we’ve changed our tune ❤️
