I found the 30 day challenges we use to do, some different ones as well.
Who is down to do one or two with me?

If you would like to join in, reach out.
If you are not ready, it is okay, start small, remove one thing and replace with another, then work your way up.
This is how I started!!
I worked out, I ate good and right. I was doing great and saw the difference but I did get stuck after awhile. My muffin top was not going away (it did, a little). I researched a bit more, tweaked my workout again too.
This is when I Found Arbonne and the 30 Day to Healthy Lifestyle.
My goodness, taking out foods, that I thought were good, made a HUGE difference!!
After the thirty days, I reintroduced my favs, that is when I realized what those foods did to me. My body does not like dairy, the acidic in my oj and coffee didn’t do my belly good and my skin definitely did not like cheese 🤯. Knowing this now, helps me know that these foods/drinks are not to be in my meal plan on a daily bases. Not saying to eliminate but to limit and/or replace with a healthier option and those are out there.
You can do Arbonne without a workout, you will notice a Great change! You can do the challenge once, twice, or more. Most do it once and do fantastic since they learned so much that they can live healthy after that. Some, like myself, will keep the healthy but add some of their favs and can keep up with the healthy and after a couple months do the 30 day again. Some might need back to back 30 day challenge. It’s okay, everyone is different and this challenge will not hurt you, starve you.. it teaches you!!

Morning,
Now that we have our household somewhat on a routine, it is time for Jason and I to get back to ours.
We miss working out sooo much, it’s taking a toll on us.
Our plan is to do our morning workouts together, our own daily workout and then a family evening workout.
The boys have their own daily workout, which has been in motion for a while now.
This might sound like a lot but it isn’t, I promise!
Morning workout:
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Squats
Daily workout:
Is what ever our own routine entails.
Evening workout:
30 day challenge (many to choose from)
Each above workout plan has their rest days, easy and hard days...
For the morning workout if you are new start small, like 5 each for a few days then work your way up to 10, 15, 20. You could also add weights if you like. We are doing two rounds of 15 each.
You can just start with the morning one to get into that habit. Doing a morning one will help with your day!
Once you have that, look for a workout routine for daytime/evening (I could help with this but there are tons available online, even bits and pieces you can put together). Or if you don’t feel ready for that add another morning one to your day/evening.

Breakfast eggs made easy.
We make scrambled eggs for the week.
You can add different veggies (onions, zucchini, squash...) and potatoes (we like shredded).
We use olive oil to cook, this helps keep them moist vs dry, but it’s all about the timing too.
We use 1 cup containers (not full). It’s an easy grab, microwave (about 45 seconds) with lid partially on.
You can also change it up by making an egg burrito one day, smear avocado on your tortilla (not pictured), add cheese, green/red sauce, however you like it.
Try to stick to healthier options, though we all know, every once in awhile we need to treat ourselves. I usually stay away from the cheese and only make the burrito for myself maybe once a week.
