This one came out really good - kinda made it up and just used a s**t ton of red curry paste and coconut milk - added some left over kale and added asparagus.

I started playing the violin at the same age. I gave my mom such a hard time…for 18 years….telling her I would never “do this” to my kids. Here we are. I hope it goes differently. I hope the sticker charts work. I hope she just has fun. She had fun today and that’s about all I can ask for. Thank you for a great lesson.
