I posted this about a year ago.
The message is as real today as it was then.

There is so much beauty that surrounds us. I look up to my ancestors for strength to get me through any challenges I may encounter personally and as a People of many. I choose to acknowledge and focus on the simplicity of family, friends, health, mother/father nature, and expected and unexpected blessings. I know that I am loved. God's presence in these trying times are teachable moments. In acknowledging my ancestors and their struggles I am reminded that struggles helps us to grow and celebrate our individual beauty, faith, resilience and strength. As the flowers and all other forms of life life celebrate their existence while living in concert with one another we too as humans can dance in our garden.

Amongst this Craziness. We should all find "home sweet home."
