She’s not just a guest… she’s family 🤍

Over 20 years of trust, love, and growing together… and moments like this are why I do what I do.

Supporting her through her trichotillomania journey has been deeply personal. This transformation was all about giving her something that feels like her again… soft, natural, effortless.

We custom colored her Hair Peace Couture hair piece and blended extensions to create fullness that moves, shines, and truly feels like her own.

This isn’t just about hair. It’s about care, connection, and being there for someone through every season of life.

She is glowing. She is ready for summer. And I couldn’t love this more ✨

If you’re quietly struggling with hair loss, you are never alone here. We will walk through it with you 🤍

Hair loss doesn’t always mean your only option is a wig.

Many women with alopecia still have enough natural hair for something called integration, where we carefully blend a custom hairpiece with the hair that’s still growing. The goal isn’t to replace your hair — it’s to work with what you still have and restore fullness in the most natural way possible.

This transformation is a meshless integration, which means there is no shaving, no glue, and no harsh adhesives on the scalp. Everything is customized to the guest’s density, color, texture, and lifestyle so the final result looks like it’s growing directly from the scalp.

Hair loss can feel incredibly isolating. But there are often more options than people realize. The most important step is finding someone who truly understands hair loss and knows how to work with fragile or regrowing hair.

Watching someone see themselves with hair again is something I never take for granted.

If you’re experiencing hair loss and don’t know where to start, know that you are not alone and there are solutions.

✨ Consultations available.

Hair loss is something so many women quietly struggle with, and it can deeply affect confidence, self-image, and the way you show up in the world.

This beautiful guest came to us dealing with significant thinning and scalp visibility. Together, we created a customized hair integration solution designed specifically for her needs, lifestyle, and existing hair. The result is seamless, natural-looking fullness that blends perfectly while protecting the hair she still has.

Whether using mesh or meshless integration, the goal is always the same — to create hair that looks like yours, feels comfortable, and allows you to feel confident again.

Transformations like this are not just about appearance. They are about restoring dignity, comfort, and that feeling of recognizing yourself in the mirror again. And that moment never gets old.

If you are struggling with hair loss, you are not alone and there are solutions that can truly change your life.

PSA for stylists who offer extensions & wigs:

The haircut should not be an “add-on” service.

Blending and shaping the hair is part of the install. It’s what makes extensions look seamless, natural, and actually wearable. Without customizing the cut, even the most expensive hair will look disconnected and obvious.

Charging separately for the cut after someone has already invested hundreds (sometimes thousands) into their hair is not client-centered care. It turns a necessary finishing step into an upsell, and that doesn’t sit right with me.

If we’re going to provide luxury services, the experience should feel complete — not pieced together.

Your client trusted you with their confidence. The final look should be included.

End of story.

This is what cold capping success can look like.

The photo on the left is what she had left after chemotherapy — because she chose to cold cap.

Was it full? No.
Was there thinning? Absolutely.
But she did not lose everything.

And because she still had hair remaining, we were able to create a custom mesh integration system instead of her having to wear a full wig.

That matters.

Cold capping works by cooling the scalp before, during, and after chemo infusions. The cold temperature constricts the blood vessels in the scalp, reducing the amount of chemotherapy drugs that reach the hair follicles. It also slows follicle activity, making the hair less vulnerable to damage.

When done properly, many women are able to preserve a significant amount of their hair.

And yet… I cannot tell you how many guests have sat in my chair and said,
“My doctor told me it doesn’t work.”
“My oncologist advised against it.”

I’m here to say — that is not true.

I have seen the results over and over again with my own eyes.

Is it guaranteed? No.
Does everyone respond the same way? No.
But it absolutely works for many women when it’s done correctly.

And that’s the key.

Cold capping is highly protocol-driven. Timing, temperature consistency, cap changes, proper fit, and strict adherence to the process are critical. When done improperly, it can fail — and that’s often where the “it doesn’t work” stories come from.

Research your options.
Read reviews.
Make sure your cold capper knows exactly what they’re doing.

Because preserving even some hair can completely change your options on the other side — like being able to wear a lightweight mesh integration instead of a full wig.

More dignity.
More comfort.
More you.

If you’re navigating chemo and want real information about hair preservation and restoration, my door is always open.

You deserve to know your options. 🤍

She drove 9 hours to sit in my chair.

Not just for extensions…
But for hope.

This beautiful soul struggles with trichotillomania — a condition that causes compulsive hair pulling. The emotional weight of it is something most people will never understand.

We spent the entire day together. Talking. Planning. Installing. Healing.

Using carefully placed keratin extensions, we were able to restore fullness, blend her fragile areas, and most importantly… give her back a sense of confidence while her natural hair begins its regrowth journey.

Let’s clear up a huge misconception:
✨ Extensions do NOT automatically damage your hair.

When installed properly by an experienced technician, with the right method, right placement, and proper home care — extensions can actually be a protective tool.

For many of our guests with trichotillomania, alopecia, or thinning hair, extensions:
• reduce the urge to pull
• protect vulnerable areas
• restore density
• rebuild confidence
• allow natural hair the opportunity to regrow

Hair additions aren’t about vanity.
They are about healing.

If you or someone you love is struggling with hair loss or hair pulling, please know there are solutions and you are not alone.

We are here 🤍

Things no one tells you about hair loss…

No one tells you that it isn’t just hair.
It’s grief.
It’s identity.
It’s the mirror feeling unfamiliar.

No one tells you how lonely it can feel —
how you’ll question yourself, avoid photos, avoid conversations, avoid parts of life you once loved.

No one tells you how heavy it is to carry silently…
or how brave you are for getting up every day anyway.

If you’re here and this resonates — you’re not dramatic, you’re not vain, and you’re definitely not alone.
Your feelings are valid. Your experience matters.

And there is support, community, and hope — even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

🤍 Sending love to every woman navigating hair loss quietly.

Hair loss doesn’t have one story.
It can come from stress, hormones, illness, genetics, medications, postpartum changes, autoimmune conditions—or reasons we may never fully understand.

What is universal is how deeply it can affect a woman’s confidence and sense of self.

At our salon, we believe women deserve a space where hair loss is met with compassion, not shame. Where questions are welcomed, emotions are honored, and solutions are personalized—whether that means supporting regrowth, creating seamless daily-wear hair solutions, or simply helping someone feel like themselves again.

You are not weak for struggling.
You are not vain for caring.
And you are never alone in this.

Let’s normalize women’s hair loss.
Let’s talk about it openly.
And let’s remind every woman that she is beautiful at every stage of her journey. 🤍
