Happy Mothers day to all, but especially to the mamas currently in a new season of your motherhood.
As a new mom of 2 i've found a peaceful daily rhythm with my girls.
But as a women 9 months PP i am still in the trenches with my self.
Mentally, physically, hormones, a stranger in my own body still, exclusively breatfeeding, and never a full nights rest.
As hard as it is, i'm also my own biggest reminder of how strong i am and my ability to show up for others when it matters regardless of the day.
In an industry dominated by women i see it every single day. Women really can do it all. Women really are the backbone and youll never convince me otherwise.
Be youre own biggest reminder.
