I am reaching out because my family is facing an urgent housing crisis. After enduring an illegal attempted eviction and months of unsafe living conditions, we are now in a semi-homeless situation. I have a PHA voucher, but it doesn’t cover the upfront costs like the security deposit, first and last month’s rent, application fees, and moving expenses. These costs are the only barrier between us and a safe, stable home.

With your help, we can secure a clean and secure place where my children and our furbabies can finally feel safe. The voucher will cover monthly rent, but without these initial funds, we risk losing it and being forced back onto a closed waiting list. This fundraiser is our only chance to rebuild our lives.
