Training is for muscle growth and can aid in fat loss because of itโs ๐ค๐ข๐ญ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ potential. However, Nutrition is what changes the internal makeup of your body and is ultimately your ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐ tool for fat loss.โฃ

๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป: We will be optimizing our overall fat loss efforts through nutrition. Your goals will be set to focus on protein by leveraging the fact that protein burns about 20-30% of the calories in digestion! We will focus our training efforts to work alongside your nutrition, ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ข๐จ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ด๐ต ๐ช๐ต! Once our little one came, he only had 1 year left in service, so we decided to stick it outโฆโฃ

She is a busy woman on her way to getting her bachelor's degree ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ and is a respiratory therapist ๐ฉบ with a HECTIC schedule. โฃ
